Return & Exchange Policy – Sayera’s
At Sayera’s, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 3-day Return & Exchange policy to ensure a worry-free shopping experience.
Conditions for Return & Exchange
Eligibility:
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Requests for return or exchange must be made within 3 days of receiving the item.
Non-Returnable Products:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, undergarments, cosmetics, personal care items, and items on clearance/sale are non-returnable, unless a manufacturing defect is found.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after verifying the issue.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
1. Contact Us:
Reach out to our support team via email or phone within 3 days, providing your order details and the reason for return or exchange.
2. Return Process:
Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Note: Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or sent in error.
3. Exchange Process:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll dispatch your replacement (based on availability).
If the desired product is out of stock, we’ll offer alternatives or provide store credit.
4. Refunds:
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days after we receive and verify the returned item. Refunds will be made via the original payment method or issued as store credit.
Important Notes:
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Sayera’s reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions mentioned above.
